S.E.A. Regulations Do Little to Clarify State of Working People's Rights


Working people across Saskatchewan are puzzled this morning, in light of the Government of Saskatchewan’s announcement of new regulations for the Saskatchewan Employment Act (SEA). The new regulations, which are admittedly incomplete, leave a number of questions with significant implications for the rights that working people enjoy in Saskatchewan.
