Provincial Budget Does Little to Establish a Fair Economy


Working people across the province were disappointed today to learn that the 2014 provincial budget does not adequately reflect the interests of Saskatchewan people. In spite of calls from people across the province, the government did not address important issues like growing income inequality, inadequate royalty and corporate tax rates, retirement insecurity, costly privatization schemes, and our underfunded postsecondary and K-12 education systems, to name a few.
