The Council of Canadians and the Saskatchewan Federation of Labour are calling on Premier Wall to show the Saskatchewan people what he is signing tomorrow when he meets with the Alberta and B.C. Premiers.
Every December 6th, since one tragic day in 1989 when 14 women were killed at the École Polytechnique in Montréal, Canadians come together both to remember those who were lost and to pledge action to end violence against women.
Working people across Saskatchewan were concerned today to learn that the provincial government’s plan for a new so-called “essential services” law includes taking a significant step backwards in terms of its scope.
