November 1 , 2010 - Convention Re-elects Larry Hubich SFL President
Longtime trade unionist and advocate for working people, Larry Hubich was re-elected today as President of the Saskatchewan Federation of Labour. A Convention of nearly 1000 delegates from 37 affiliated unions decided that President Hubich will continue to serve the Federation for a fifth term.
Working people across Saskatchewan were disappointed today to see how few of their priorities are reflected in the 2014 federal budget. Once again, the Harper government seems to have missed an opportunity to improve the lives of the millions of people that work across Canada.
People across Saskatchewan are concerned today after learning that the Premier appealed to the Federal Government to strip working people at CN of their constitutional rights.
