November 15, 2011 - SFL to Argue Provincial Government Failed to Consult
The Saskatchewan Federation of Labour, along with two dozen additionalplaintiffs (unions) and the case's three intervenor unions, will be in court today to argue that the provincial government failed in its responsibility to consult with working people and their organizations prior to the introduction of Bills 5 and 6.
Since 1911, individuals and organizations across the globe have come together to celebrate International Women’s Day (IWD).
Working people across Saskatchewan were disappointed today to see how few of their priorities are reflected in the 2014 federal budget. Once again, the Harper government seems to have missed an opportunity to improve the lives of the millions of people that work across Canada.
